Drew's News

We rolled Colin's Blog into Drew's Blog which is now at the following address for those who are interested in following Colin's little brother. The new site is at http://www.domanicoboys.blogspot.com/. We didn't want to keep them separate and have Colin's all alone.... You can still access all of Colin's old posts from the new site....

Please help usMy wife and I gave birth to a new born baby girl (Ruby) on July 20th (a couple days ago), and she was diagnosed with the same problems talked about in this article:  http://www.viewnews.com/2005/VIEW-Dec-14-Wed-2005/SEast/4678919.html By ANGIE PARKINSON.

Our baby is in the NICU at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee and is stable, but will require the same surgery mentioned in the article.  She is missing her pulmonary artery completely, and also has several holes in the heart that have blood flowing through.  We are seeking help and trying to reach out to the King family of that article.  Could you please provide their information, or please pass our information on to them?

Ruby's diagnosis
Ultra high risk surgery or death. 1) tetralogy of fallot, 2) pulmonary atrasia/intractable ventricular septum, 3) MULTIPLE PDA valves.  Disease factor 3 ironically is keeping her alive temporarily.
