Waiting Game

Colin has been back on the Milrinone for 2 days now and does look much better, however he has wretched a few times since being back on it. He slept the majority of the weekend, but when he woke up he was smiling and happy. They continued to come down on the methadone and adavan so he will be a little bit more awake now. Today we will see the doctors again to see what the plan is next, if there is one. I will update if we get any news.....

I miss you so much Colin even though it has only been a few days since I was with you. I know that Papa is taking very good care of you and your mother. I will be back soon to kiss you and sing the ABC's and all the other songs to you again. Lots of prayers, hugs and kisses to you and all there.

He does look better.
I know you don't need any unsolicited advice...but, we have a time with our Isaac and his wretching ang throwing up. I found a key while we were in the hospitals with all the meds. I made them keep him on the iv meds as long as they could. Then, when they'd switch to g-tube meds...I'd put them in SLOWLY...even if it took me 2 hours to put 4 different meds in. He just seemed to wretch alot with the calcium and another one (I can't remember right now).
Hope any of that helps me get through this easier.
We are still praying for you guys!
WE love the updates...so....keep them coming!!!
